   This is an 8 hour continuing education course for radon measurement and mitigation professionals. The demand for professionals in this area has been fueled by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) mortgage requirements for multifamily property purchase refinancing, or rehabilitation. The HUD requirements include radon measurement of multifamily buildings according to the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) standard on multifamily buildings radon mitigation. This course focuses on these standards: ANSI/AARST SGM-MFLB-2023.
